    Order

    The salesman selects the shop - or the shop orders itself. Live stock, PTR and scheme on 32,000+ products, CSV orders, overdue reminder.

    Download for billing

    The order reaches the office at once. SWIL reads it for billing and the order is marked Read by SWIL - salesman and shop are told.

  3. 3 SWIL → Office

    Invoice

    The invoice comes back from SWIL with batch, expiry, e-invoice and e-way bill, matched to the order line by line. Short supply is flagged.

  4. 4 Picker

    Pick

    Invoices become pick lists by floor and rack. Every product is checked against the invoice - batch, expiry, quantity: Matches, Different or Damaged.

    A second check by the packer, a count check, one photo of the packed goods and one bundle label with a QR code.
